Shipping Policy – Cocos Beads & Co

Thank you for shopping with Cocos Beads & Co! Below you’ll find details about our order processing and shipping timelines.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During new launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as each order is carefully prepared.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)

Please note these are carrier estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address at checkout.

We are unable to change or reroute packages once they have been shipped. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Cocos Beads & Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or household members

  • Contacting your local post office

  • Filing a claim with the carrier

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please email hannah@cocosbeadsandco.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.

International Shipping

International shipping availability and rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
